Board Members
Chairman and Managing Director Vikas Oberoi has been on the Board since the inception of Oberoi Realty. A Harvard Business School Alumnus, and with over two decades of experience, he brings on board a unique perspective and a global approach envisioned for expansion, diversification, and management of the organization.
From residential to office spaces, retail, hospitality, and social infrastructure, he is involved in every project from conception to completion and it is this passion for design that sets him apart.
Vikas Oberoi
CHAIRMAN & MANAGING DIRECTOR
With over 32 years of experience as a practicing CA, Mr Ostwal has been a Board member since 2007. Recognised amongst the top 50 tax professionals in the world, he is a member of the taxation committees of The Bombay Chartered Accountant Society, Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Indian Merchants Chamber, The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India, International Taxation Committee of ICAI and The Bombay Chartered Accountant Society; besides, serving as the Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board of International Fiscal Association, Netherlands.
Tilokchand P. Ostwal
Independent, Non-Executive Director
A Board Director since 2006, she is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University. With a keen eye for design and interior design, she is one of the key voices on all projects.
She is also currently the Trustee and the Board Chair at Oberoi International School (OIS), a premiere
International Baccalaureate (IB) school in Mumbai.
Bindu Oberoi
Non-Independent, Non-Executive Director
A Board of Director since 2014 and as the Chief Financial Officer of ORL, he heads Finance, Accounts and Tax functions. A graduate in Commerce from Mumbai University, he is also a qualified Chartered Accountant and has completed the Advanced Management Program from the Harvard Business School. Prior to joining Oberoi Realty, he was working with Arthur Andersen / Ernst & Young India Private Limited and has a cumulative work experience of over 25 years in Tax, Accounts and Finance.
Saumil Daru
Director Finance, Oberoi Realty Limited
Mr. Venkatesh Mysore brings along two decades of versatile experience in the insurance sector, asset management, setting up and promoting companies in diverse cultural and business environments. His expertise in promoting and establishing businesses in international markets like the US, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and India, adds value in asset driving growth and success for Oberoi Realty.
He has been on the board of FICCI, CII, IMC, American Chamber of Commerce, Indo-Canadian Chamber, and several committees established by IRDA. He is currently the CEO & MD of Knight Riders Sports Private Limited (Kolkata Knight Riders).
Venkatesh Mysore
Independent, Non-Executive Director
One of the “30 Most Influential” people in private equity real estate globally, he is also the Co-CEO of BentallGreenOak Real Estate. An expert strategic advisor, he is an Alumnus and Board of Director of Georgetown University.
Previously the Global Co-Head of Morgan Stanley’s Real Estate Investing (MSREI), he led the formation of the company's property business in Asia, making it a leading real estate platform in the region.
Currently a Board Member of the Regents of Georgetown University and Jorge Posada Foundation, he is also a Trustee of the Asia Society, Spence School, and a member of the Young Presidents Organization.
Karamjit Singh Kalsi (Sonny Kalsi)
Independent, Non-Executive Director
With almost two decades of experience across the globe, she is the head of communications and talent development for SeaLink Capital Partners.
Previously as Vice President of Corporate Planning and Strategy at Godrej Industries Limited, she has worked on defining strategic goals, providing financial and strategic advice and identifying initiatives to achieve those goals.
A former consultant with McKinsey and Company in New York, Trikha also worked as an Investment banker with Credit Suisse in New York and Hong Kong.
